Where to find us
On the west coast of Calabria in the province of Vibo Valentia, Coccorino is a small village situated on a hill, with enchanting
views of the Eolie Island, Sicily and Capo Vaticano.
"Villa Alba Chiara" is on a headland, 210 metres above sea level with a wonderful view of the bay of Capo Vaticano and set in peaceful, green area perfumed by an oak tree wood.
The Apartments:
Recently constructed, the apartments are fully fitted. Each apartment (for 4 people) has two bedrooms, one double-bedde and one twin-bedded; bathroom; kitchen; satellite TV; parking space and use of the 4.000 sq. metre enclosed garden with barbecue area.
Set back 700 metre from the clifftop, there is a small 2 km road leading down from the headland to the beach.

Note:
Bookings are from saturday to saturday in july and august and the apartments are available at 4:00 P.M. on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10:00 A.M. on the day of departure.
- Minimum stay of one week in July and August.
- Bed Linen and bath towels are not provided, guests can bring their own or hire from the management if they wish.
- Services included: water, electricity, gas and parking space.

Method of Payment:
- An advance payment of 30% of the total accommodation bill is required in order to confirm a booking. This may be done by Bank Credit Transfer or by Postal money order.
- The balance of the bill is required on check-in. |
