Description of Flats |
|
The
flats are situated on the main road joining Tropea and
Capo vaticano, two famous seaside resorts on the
Calabrian coast in the south of Italy. The public beach
is only 400 m from the flats, and a short flight of
steps will take you there.
The
flats are located on two
floors in the same building. The owner, Mr. Giuseppe,
lives on the ground floor with his family. The
apartments have their own separate entrance. Each flat
has a total area of almost 100 mq. with a large
balcony that encircles it. At the point near the
kitchen, this balcony becomes a sheltered terrace where
you can have lunch and dinner with a wonderful sea-view
in the background.
The
flats both have 5 rooms:
- Kitchen
with verandah;
-
Large living-room, with fire place* (only for
decoration), that leads
on from the
kitchen;
-
2 double bed room;
-
1 bedroom with 1 single bed;
-
1 bathroom with shower and bath;
-
extra bed (price to be agreed upon with owner according
to seson)

keeper's licence n° 29 of 23/7/99 granted from
municipality of Tropea

For
the year 2014 both flats are available at the moment.
*There
isn't a fireplace in the flats on the second floor.
You
can book by telephone if you want to came and stay at
any other time during the year.
