The appartments villini are situatet in Parghelia
near Tropea (30 meters airdistance from the sea
and 200 meters from the beach) The distance from the little
city Parghelia is 200 meters long and Tropea is 2 kilometers
far away.
Description
The
appartments are deposed on 2 levels:
- 1° level: Livingroom with a couchbed for 2 persons,
TV, citchen, bathroom, Patio, garden with barbecue.
- 2° level: Sleepingroom with a balcon including a beautiful
look to the mountians, Room for the children with a beutiful
look to the sea, bathroom, parkingplace for the car is
included.
Service for the beach to pay third persons and also free
beaches in the zone.
Some apartments have a washing machine and air conditioning (request when booking).
Disponibility
You can rent the appartments villini for a week
or for a whole month all the year.

Your stay starts
and ends always on saturday.
On the arrivingday your room is free at 5 in the
afternoon and you have to leave the appartment
on the day that you go away at ten o'clock in
the morning.
You have to pay
a caution of € 150 that we will give you
back at the end of the vacation - final room cleaning
cost € 50
Some apartments have a washing machine and air conditioning (request when booking): Washing machine to 25 to week - air conditioning € 35,00 weekly.
Beach service fee to third parties.
You can rent at the place towels and sheets
for the bed : at a cost of € 10 per person.
