The museum consists in a
number of rooms where you can admire the most precious
local handicraft and its development through the
centuries.
The museum is divided into 6 sections: marbles, clerical
vestments, silver, sculptures, furniture, manuscripts
and rare books.
Specially worthwhile is the Crucifix of Colella di
Jacopo, from the XVth Century, that shows traces of the
Donatellian school. This is an anatomically perfect
piece of art, among the most important ones from the
Southern Italian school of the XVth Century.
