Location of the Apartments:

The apartments are recently constructed and situated on the 1st and 2nd floor of a villa in the centre of Ricadi, precisely in front of the Town Square. Within two hundred meters You can find: butcher shop, market place, pharmacy, medical assistance, bar, local bus stop and sandwich bar aswell as tobacconists.

The most beautiful beaches of Capo Vaticano are only 1,5/2 Km away. Also Tropea (6 Km) is easily accessible, for example by local bus.

Description of the Apartments: 
Apartment Type A  (circa 95 sqm ): Three rooms for 4/6 persons, consists in an open space living room with kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bathroom, closet, shared garden and private parking.

Apartment type B (circa 120 sqm ): Four rooms for 6/7 persons, consisting in a large living room, 3 bedrooms, bathroom, closet, terrace with panorama view, shared garden and private parking.

The apartments are available each week from May to October.

Your stay is intended from Saturday to Saturday.
Check-in is at 14:00 the day of Your arrival and check-out is at 10:00 the day of Your departure.
The prices include: normal consumation of water, electricity and gasoline.
The prices do not include: final cleaning 30 €uro for the three room apartment and 35 €uro for the four room apartment.

Bed linen can be hired at an additional cost of 6 €uro/person, bath towels at a cost of 5 €uro/person.
TV can be hired for 15 €uro/week.
Special offer:
For a month long stay discount of 10% in August, 20% in July and other months. 
Payment procedures:
- The reservation will be valid only after receiving a 30% deposit through postal order or bank transfer.
- The balance is to be paid 24 hours before arrival.
Advised excursions:
Excursions in the area of Capo Vaticano, Tropea with its Old Town, Serra S.Bruno with its monastery, Vibo Pizzo and its castle, Reggio Calabria (110 Km), Eolian Islands (2 hours by boat leaving from Grotticelle).
