Location
There are
three large apartment, each
with a separate car parking lot, entrance, half covered veranda and the
best thing - a view of the sea which is just 60 meters away! The beaches
are Santa Maria di Ricadi, in the area of Capo Vaticano.
There is also a villa with a car parking lot, a separate entrance
and a vast garden only 40 meters from the beach of Santa Maria di Ricadi.
iN the center of Santa Maria you can find all that you need: bar, bus
stop, mini-market etc.
At a reach of 4 Km you have the most beautiful beaches of Calabria; that
is the free beaches of Capo Vaticano, whereas Tropea (only 8 Km away) is
easily accessible thanks to the local bus service.
Description
The apartments with room for 5/6 persons are fully furnished and consist
in: 2
double bedrooms, an entrance to kitchen/livingroom with 1 bed, bathroom
with shower, half-covered veranda with sea-view of the splendid bay of
S.Maria, a table with sunshade umbrella, enclosed car parking space close
to the entrance of each apartment.
Villa with two rooms
for 4 persons: 1 bedroom with the possibility of one additional bed,
bathroom with shower, livingroom with kitchen nook and two bed places,
covred veranda, garden, independant entrance and an enclosed car parking
space.

Your stay is intended from
Saturday to Saturday.
Check-in is at 17.00 on arrival day and ckeck-out is at 09.00 on the
day of Your departure.
Your reservation will be valid only after sendinga deposit of 30% of
the total sum to our account, whereas the balance is to be paid in 24 hours
before Your arrival.
Damage deposit 50,00, to be restituated at the end of Your stay.
Bed linen and bath towels can be rented on location.
Final cleaning service is obligatory and at an additional cost of 30,00 Euros.
Television is possible to rent for 20,00 Euros/week.
