SERVICES INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
Rooms
Breakfast, sheets and bath towels, change of sheets and towels and cleaning room to stay longer than four days. Children up to 3 years free of charge, accommodated with their parents, if a cradle or a small bed not requested. The price of breakfast, if not consumed, is not refundable.
Parking area’s
Electricity, water supply, showers.
Apartments
Electricity, water, gas, final cleanings. On the arrival day a deposit of € 100,00 is required, refundable at the end after the final check. A discretional deposit is also required for short stays.
SERVICES ON PAYMENT
Conditioning air (€ 5,00 a day per room, € 50,00 a week per apartment); a set of bath towels € 3,00 - a set of linen € 5,00. Single room supplement (if available) € 10,00 a day. Cradle € 5,00 a day. Discount of 20% on half board for children from 4 to 10 years.
ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES
Check in after 14.00 on the arrival day (except arrangements); chek out by 10.00 on the departure day. From 9th to 22th August is required to stay at least one week (from Saturday to Saturday) except other possible offers.
The booking will be confirmed with a payment of 30% of the total amount of the stay, through money transfer. The full payment must be made within the arrival day.
